Part of the services gracefully restarted, please report new examples if they occured after 20:00 pm (oct 13th)
Unfortunatly the exact root cause has not been found yet. To rule out certain issues we gracefully restarted part of the service (the rtp engines) without service impact, at the same moment we added additional logging to better identify how and where the issues occur. For this we request that if you have fresh examples of the issue ( one way audio and or dropped calls) occuring after 20:00 Oct 13, to report these in a support ticket. Tomorow morning we will analyse these examples with the help of the new logging, The investigation into a permanent solution is therefor still ongoing.
